Everyone should pay attention to symptoms of Covid-19. If you suspect that you have Covid-19, you should stay at home and avoid contact with other people.

  • Take responsibility for preventing the spread of infection.
  • Get vaccinated to protect yourself and others.
  • Stay at home and get tested when you have symptoms.
  • Stay home if someone in your household falls ill with covid-19.
  • Keep a distance from others.
  • Refrain from larger dinner parties and parties indoors.
  • Work from home when possible.
  • Avoid crowding in public transport.
  • Follow instructions when visiting events and places where many people gather.
  • Get tested after arrival.
  • Special recommendations for those who are not vaccinated.

If you have general questions about covid-19 and wish to speak directly to those who answer in any of these languages: English, Arabic, Somali, Farsi, Dari, Tigrinya, Amharic, and Russian.

The telephone line is staffed Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.

At other times, you can call and leave a message. The staff will return your call as soon as possible. The telephone line is a collaboration between The Public Health Agency of Sweden and the regions of Sweden.
